Registration is Now Closed

STEP 1: Fill out the online registration form and click Submit on the bottom of the page. This lets us know you've started the process. 

STEP 2: Download the Medical Release form and print. Please have the participant and parent read and sign.

STEP 3: Submit Medical Release form to Bishop and/or Youth leaders before attending Trek.  Youth will not be allowed to participate without this form signed by a parent.
